Action Recruitment is an innovative recruitment agency established to support young black men, aged 16 to 24, into sustainable employment or apprenticeship training.
We are working with a number of employment partners who wish to increase the diversity of their workforce.
Through Action Recruitment there is employability skills building around CV writing, interviewing skills, and introduction to a wide range of employers who are seeking job ready young men, and especially those in the Black community.
