Milestones Series 2 – Windrush Nation
Milestones is back for series 2 – “The Windrush Nation” in which we review the contributions made in the UK Black community since 1948. In this series, we have expanded the list of contributors to include those from the Caribbean, Africa (in the spirit of the original Windrush settlers), and those from the UK with a Dual Heritage background.
The first episode will be aired on Life Radio UK (https://www.liferadio.uk), on Monday, 4 December at 9am and 8pm, and will feature contributions made in the field of STEM by Professor Kevin Fenton, Professor Richard Oreffo, and Professor Frank Chinegwundoh.
