With over two decades of experience, Dr. Trevor Adams has initiated and led various social action initiatives aimed at bridging critical gaps in services for Black and marginalised communities in Luton, Bedfordshire. Trevor’s roles have encompassed lecturing, mentoring and coaching with particular focus on self-directed learning and leadership. He serves as the Programme Head of a Degree Foundation Programme at a London College, supporting adults returning to education.
