Marsha Jones is an award-winning clinical leader and healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in the NHS.
Her accolades include the Jamaica Times Community Award Nurse of the Year (2014), Precious Award for Leadership in the Workplace (2013), and multiple National Health Care BAME Awards: Compassionate and Inclusive Leader of the Year (2022) and Nurse of the Year (2023). In 2024, she was honoured with the Jacqueline Dunkley-Bent Midwifery Leadership Award at the Black HealthCare Awards.
