Felicia Kwaku OBE is an Associate Director of Nursing at King’s College Hospital. With 34 years of experience, she led efforts addressing the disproportionate impact on culturally diverse staff of COVID-19.
A champion of workforce welfare and patient centred care, she is an ICN Global Nurse Leadership scholar and recipient of multiple awards, including an OBE for services during the pandemic. Recognised by the Health Services Journal as a leading figure within the NHS, her initiatives have shaped healthcare policy, safety, and equity. Felicia remains dedicated to empowering nurses and advancing global health initiatives.
